What I’ve Done
Currently, I am the Production Supervisor of Audio at Vox Creative in NYC and had previously been the Production Manager of Audio (and before that the Production Coordinator for the branded audio team). Prior to my time at Vox, I was working as a Freelance Production Coordinator. Consequently, the summer of 2019 was a horrible time to do *another* cross-country move, and have gone freelance in production, but we roll with the punches. Pre-COVID, I had been working for companies and events such as MacGuffin Films, PRODn, Conde Nast, New York Fashion Week & So-Far Sounds.
I worked as a Coordinator, Promotion at Capitol Records in LA. for two years, where I directly coordinated for 3 senior execs, coordinated showcases in multiple cities and executed travel for 70+ partners, oversaw all departmental national ticket requests and distribution, & worked directly with high-end talent.
In 2017, I was the Co-Chair for the Nelarusky: Official Lollapalooza After-show event, benefitting Special Olympics Illinois. I created sponsorship materials, managed rider needs and intern involvement with the event, & had a wonderful time raising money for an important organization.
My first job out of school was as Executive Assistant & Internship Coordinator at Jeff McClusky & Associates in Chicago, an indie radio promotion company. This was the year I met Joan Jett, so I may have peaked?
I was an Intern at Jeff McClusky & Associates in the summer of 2016 before I convinced Jeff to hire me as his EA.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2016. While there, I was the Executive Producer for Loud & Clear, a music video collective on campus, a Remembrance Scholar, & a sister of Gamma Phi Beta.
